The last step in the restoration of the Lost Mural is the instillation of its side panels illustrating the green tent curtains of the Tent of the Tabernacle.
The Lost Mural Project is currently planning Phase Two of art conservation: restoration of the mural’s missing and damaged paint. The goal is to restore the mural as close as possible to its original 1910 appearance by recreating the areas of the mural’s which flaked away between 1986 and 2014 so that it can best tell the story of the vibrant community which created it.
Gifts made at this time will support that project.

If you make a gift using a card, please consider adding a small amount to cover the fees. For example, you would add $2.50 to a $100 donation.

The Lost Mural Fund is proud to be partnering with the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism (USCJ)-Canada so that Canadians can easily make tax-deductible contributions to the project.
